CommunityAmerica Credit Union Website Redesign

While working as the Content Marketing Specialist at CommunityAmerica, I completed a website overhaul that included updating all content on all webpages. Through the redesign, I helped better communicate the credit union’s mission, while creating a more user-friendly experience for members and a more SEO-friendly approach to content. CommunityAmerica Credit Union Sweepstakes Campaign

I was excited to work on the annual sweepstakes campaign two years in a row during my time at CommunityAmerica, featuring Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, Patrick Mahomes. This was a large marketing effort every year to drive member engagement and account openings that encompassed a multi-faceted email campaign, in-branch promotion, social media content and a custom landing page. View some of the creative collateral from the 2021 campaign in the gallery to the right.

Vanity Fair Lingerie ‘A Bra Can Change a Life’ Campaign

The ‘A Bra Can Change a Life’ video was created for Vanity Fair Lingerie to illustrate the difference a new bra can make in the life of a woman in need as part of the brand's partnership with Dress for Success. As the writer on this video project, I wrote the script and supers, and contributed to the visual conceptualization. The video was shared on Vanity Fair Lingerie's social and YouTube channels.

Joe’s Kansas City Bar-B-Que Video Series

As the marketing manager at Joe’s Kansas City Bar-B-Que, I managed the creation of a variety of content, from social media and email campaigns to photo and video shoots, including a series of how-to videos to demonstrate the reheat process for the barbecue shipping program.

CommunityAmerica Credit Union Blog Content

During my time as the Content Specialist/Copywriter at CommunityAmerica, I was responsible for developing all of the web and blog content. This included covering both lifestyle topics and tackling more complex financial concepts. The auto refinance blog post remained a popular driver for organic blog traffic for more than a year, while the credit basics blog post provided members with helpful information on a complicated topic in a digestible way. Check out these, and a few additional examples, via the links to the right.

Credible Social Content

I worked on social content for Credible for several months, which included the introduction of the brand’s new ‘spokesperson,’ the Credibull. I was tasked with bringing him to life in a humorous and relatable way, while still delivering brand messaging. See some example posts in the gallery to the left.
